Meta Analysis: The Relationship between Hospital Management on Work Motivation among Nurse

Background: In terms of improving employee performance, hospitals must have efforts that aim to motivate employees be disciplined and a work spirit in doing their jobs, while the can made are implement good hospital management. Motivation will formed if management applied by agency is good, so self-improvement service quality run itself. This study aimed analyze relationship between on motivation among nurse. Subjects Method: meta-analysis with PICO, population: Intervention: managemenet. Comparison: poor Outcome: nurse motivation. The articles used this were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct. Keywords search for “Hospital Management” OR Care” AND “Nurse Motivation” “Work or Ambition” “Multivariate”. Articles included full-text English 2014 2019. selected using PRISMA flow diagram. analyzed Review Manager 5.3 application. Results: A total 8 cross-sectional Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan), Europe (Switzerland), Africa (Ghana), North America (United States) reviewed meta-analysis. Based results analysis, it was found increase nurses 1.91 times compared (aOR= 1.91; 95% CI= 1.16 3.15; p= 0.01) statistically significant.
